Includes Golf, Cart, Range Balls, & Prizes
Playing tee: BLUE
Format: Low Gross / Net
Players are responsible to pay for tournament fees minus prize funds for any cancellations or no shows after the sign-up date, unless a replacement is found. Players will not be eligible for future tournaments, until unpaid fees are resolved.

1) Text a picture of your signed Scorecard & CTP markers to Harout Ayvazian @ 626-380-6053.
2) Post your score within 1 day on GHIN.com, as an Away round. Failure to post may result in a penalty round being assessed.
3) Players Age 65+ may request to play from forward tees. Handicap to be adjusted accordingly.
4) To prevent potential injury, if your ball or swing interferes with Crab Grass or Tree Root, you may take nearest point of relief (not 1 club length) & no closer to the hole. No penalty!
